Try asking yourself this question: Hello, me. How are you?
Busy schedules with school, college, the pressure of looking for work, or other circumstances may often keep us from asking that question. In addition, we may also be unaware of the situation of the loved ones closest to us. Those who are aware may even be confused about how best to be there for those facing a problem.
This time, Pamflet once again presents a collection of writings in a magazine, all of which discuss mental health. From tips on self-reflection, stories of past trauma, to worksheets for calming oneself, this magazine invites you to look inward and at the world around us. We hope the writing and illustrations from the writers and artists involved will spark readers to reflect and pay more attention to the state of their own mental health. Not only that, readers can also take part in an activity segment in this magazine.
We extend our thanks to the young contributors, Pamflet, Rutgers Indonesia, the INKLUSIF Coalition, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands who were involved in supporting the publication of this magazine.
Happy reading!
