Pamflet Generasi Association

Young people for human rights:

Since 2013, Pamflet has worked at the intersection of youth activism, social movements, and knowledge production, while building an ecosystem where young people's agency is recognised, nurtured, and becomes a force for social change.

Why do we need youth organizations?

Pamflet believes that meaningful social transformation can only happen when it involves the generation that will experience it firsthand.

Led by young people

Pamflet is entirely youth-led, run by young people aged 18-30. No longer treated as objects of policy, young people at Pamflet take charge of every activity Pamflet initiates, from planning and execution to reporting.

Young people's knowledge is nurtured

Pamflet celebrates and nurtures young people's knowledge in making sense of the world around them, especially on social, cultural and power issues. In a social system that often invalidates young people's experiences and knowledge, Pamflet pays special attention so that young people, in all their diverse identities, can document and share their knowledge.

Inclusive and unafraid to experiment

As a youth organization, Pamflet invites you to experiment! A hallmark of young people is the wish to learn as creatively as possible and to try as many things as they can. Pamflet wants to create opportunities for young people to experiment, take risks, and learn from mistakes.

Our Impact

Pamflet in Numbers

These numbers reflect our role as a support system for young people with many layers of identity and vulnerability: opening space for diverse perspectives, standing with youth knowledge that is often sidelined, and building solidarity.
